File a Complaint or Report an Unsafe Work Condition

If you believe something is unsafe at your workplace you can file a complaint with Occupational Health and Safety about the unsafe condition by completing the form below or by calling the OHS Contact Centre. You will be asked to explain your concerns in detail.

OHS responds to all complaints under the jurisdiction of the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulation or Code.

Complaints can be submitted anonymously and are treated confidentially.
