Apply for an Employment Permit
The Director of Employment Standards has the authority to approve arrangements that differ from the core standards found in the Employment Standards Code and Regulation. Permits may be issued in the following situations:
- Adolescent Employees (ages 12, 13 and 14)
- Extended Days of Work
- Extended Hours of Work
- Extension to Overtime Banking Period
